Private Instruction

Looking to deepen your yoga practice, work around an injury or are you a total beginner looking for some one to one instruction? Why not treat yourself to a private yoga class. Private classes are sequenced for you and your needs, in order to get exactly what you wish from yoga. 

  • The sessions are 60/90 minutes long.
  • What do they include?  Whatever you want to work on.
  • My undivided attention for the session.
  • You will be able to learn more and deepen your practice.

Corporate Yoga

Bring yoga to your workplace to help employees relieve stress and prevent injury. It's a great team building option with a vast number of health benefits. Classes can be booked as a course or as a workshop. Prices vary depending on class size. Please enquire.

Yoga for Sport

Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility, help prevent injuries and is a great conditioning practice for long term sustainability in sport. It can also enable you to become more focused, lose those pre-competition nerves and both physically and mentally prepared to perform your best. I can work with you on a one to one basis or with your team. Please enquire.

Workshops and Retreats
