WHAT DO YOU GET?

  • The sessions are 60min long
  • What do they include?  Whatever you want to work on.
  • My undivided attention for the session.
  • You will be able to learn more about yoga than what meets the eye.

HOW OFTEN?

  • Like anything, you want results? You’re going to have to work for it. I would recommend at least one or two sessions per week for a continued period of time if you want to see results. Remember, change doesn’t happen over night.
  • Self-practice is essential for seeing progress, you will be given things to work on in-between sessions so that by the next time, we can step it up a level.
