Join me for a fun filled two hour arm balance workshop in the family run, cosy Wild Wolf's Yoga in Bristol. This is a workshop for all levels - everyone is welcome to come and play, working from right where they are. We will begin our workshop by grounding ourselves to the earth with a slow flow working with props to open our hearts, our bodies and our minds. From there we will get sweaty while working on building up core and shoulder strength - firing up all the right muscles in so we can get upside down!
During the workshop we will explore:
- Headstand and variations
- How to work headstand into your home practice flows
- Crow to headstand to crow transitions
- Forearm stand
